Kupwara, Jan 18: Kupwara Photography Club unveiled its annual calendar at the Tourist Reception Centre here on Wednesday. The meet was attended by many dignitaries including ADC Kupwara Ghulam Nabi Bhat, Traders Federation President Showkat Masoodi and other dignitaries.
Speaking on the occasion, the ADC Kupwara hailed the efforts and hard work of the Kupwara Photography Club team for tourism promotion in the district.
Showkat Masoodi also applauded the efforts made by the team for “great work of taking Kupwara to new heights”. Many other guests including Tahir Syeed, Er Shahid ul Islam Wani and Ashraf Chirag also spoke on the occasion.
KPC founder Roshan Shehab thanked everyone for their support and hailed his team members for their support. He mentioned the DC Kupwara and the DDC member for their encouragement.
The calendar shall be available from Thursday in the entire Kupwara district and contains pictures of scenic beauty from all over the district, Roshan said.
