No traffic movement will be allowed at Beerwah tehsil from Nallah Sukhnag side on 8th and 9th June

The Roads and Buildings (R&B) department on Tuesday said that the traffic movement upon Beerwah Bridge from Nallah Sukhnag side will remain closed for next days as they are going to repair the bridge for the safety of the people.

Mohammad Ashraf Bhat Executive Engineer of R& B department Budgam told Rising Kashmir that, the traffic movement which are coming from the various villages of the Budgam district from the Nallah Sukhnag bridge side will remain closed for next two days Wednesday and Thursday.

“All the traffic movement which are going to enter the Beerwah tehsil from the Bridge side needs to follow Kangdipora route for the next two days. As we are going to repair the bridge for next two on 8th and 9th June,” he said.

However, he said that the bridge upon Nallah Sukhnag is an old iron bridge need repairing this time which only took two days of time period to complete this work,” hee added.
