Amid forecast for dry weather by the end of this month, night temperature recorded a rise at most places but continued to hover below normal in Jammu and Kashmir on Friday.
A meteorological department official here told that mainly dry weather was expected over the plains of Jammu and Kashmir in the next 24 hours.
“Overall, there’s no forecast of any major rainfall activity till ending June.”
Meanwhile, he said, Srinagar recorded a low of 13.7°C against 10.8°C on the previous night.
