Bandipora, Dec 03: A 35-year-old female was charred to death in a nocturnal conflagration at T.A Shah area of North Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
An official informed Rising Kashmir that a 35-year-old female, who has been identified as Naseema Begum wife of Fayaz Ahmad Khan from T.A Shah area of North Kashmir’s Bandipora district, was tragically charred to death during a nocturnal blaze.
He said that the flames started at around 05:00am in the two-story residence of Fayaz Ahmad Khan son of Bashir Ahmad in T.A Shah Bandipora, and the woman got trapped inside and was unable to be saved.
The edifice in addition to domestic objects was thoroughly destroyed in the inferno, he added.
He also said that the origin of the fire seemingly appeared to have been brought about by an electric fault.
