A female leopard was found dead in Iram colony, Aishmuqam in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Saturday evening, officials said.
An official said, locals informed them about the leopard lying dead in their vicinity.
“The body has been taken into possession and further formalities will follow, including the post-mortem to ascertain the cause of death,” an official said.
