The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has attached immovable properties belonging to Zahoor Ahmad Shah Watali in village Baghatpora, Handwara on Monday.
The properties include lands measuring 13.3 Marlas under Survey No. 457 min., 8.6 Marlas under Survey No. 458 min., and 01 Kanal and 10.3 Marlas under Survey No. 991/453 min.
According to offical sources. “The attached properties are located at Watali House, Bhagat Nagar Gurudwara, Srinagar, and the permanent address of village Kachwari, Handwara.”
They said this “Action was taken under the court orders dated May 31, 2023, in the case RC-10/2017/NIA/DLI by the Special NIA Court at Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.”
