Drass, Oct 22: On the thrilling third day of the LG Cup Horse Tournament 2023, horse enthusiasts gathered at the international Polo Ground in Drass, Kargil, witnessed two exhilarating matches.
The first match saw an impressive showdown between Animal Husbandry Leh and D’Meadows Red. In an outstanding display of equestrian skills, Animal Husbandry Leh galloped to victory with a remarkable score of 19-0 goals, leaving their opponents in awe.
Following the awe-inspiring first match, the audience was treated to another fierce competition between Chuchot Leh and Kundik Polo Club. Chuchot Leh emerged victorious, defeating Kundik Polo Club with a final score of 5-3 goals, showcasing their prowess on the field.
The event was inaugurated by District Youth Services and Sports Officer Kargil, Abid Ali, alongside Nodal Officers Mohd Yousuf Shara and Noor Mohd. Their presence added to the grandeur of the tournament, underscoring its significance in the region’s sporting calendar.
