The Meteorological Centre in Srinagar has issued a forecast, anticipating dry weather across Jammu and Kashmir.
However, isolated morning fog is expected to linger over the plains of the Kashmir division in the next 24 hours, reads the advisory from the department.

Temperature-wise, Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, recorded a minimum temperature of 1.6 degrees Celsius, with a maximum of 12.6 degrees Celsius on the preceding Sunday.
Qazigund on the Srinagar-Jammu national highway reported a minimum of 1.8 degrees Celsius, while Pahalgam, a popular tourist destination in south Kashmir, emerged as the coldest location with a minimum temperature plummeting to -2.0 degrees Celsius.
Kupwara, Kokernag, and the ski resort of Gulmarg in north Kashmir reported varying temperatures ranging from 1.0 to 1.8 degrees Celsius.
