Lok Adalat for pending e-challan cases from Dec 9

Srinagar, Dec 01: Motorists and violators with pending e-challans for various traffic violations in the jurisdiction of the Court of Special Mobile Magistrate Traffic Kashmir have received an important notification.
The Special Mobile Magistrate Traffic Kashmir, through an order dated 20.11.2023 (endorsement No.275SMMT-SGR), has announced the scheduling of a National Lok Adalat on the 9th of December, 2023. This event aims to efficiently dispose of the backlog of pending e-challan cases.
Ravinder Pal Singh, the Senior Superintendent of Police Traffic Rural Kashmir, has conveyed the imperative nature of this development.
Motorists and violators, especially those whose vehicle details are listed in Annexure-“A” of the notice, are urged to ensure their presence before the e Court on the scheduled Lok Adalat day.
This proactive measure is expected to facilitate the swift resolution of their pending e-challan cases.
