Anantnag, Jan 15: To realize Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a developed India by 2047, senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Manzoor Bhat on Monday launched the Viksit Bharat Ambassadors campaign in Halsidar village of Verinaag in Anantnag district.
The campaign, a part of PM Modi’s broader initiative, garnered substantial enthusiasm, with over 250 individuals pledging to become Viksit Bharat Ambassadors and registering their interest on the Namo App, Bhat said in a statement.
He expressed satisfaction with the high level of awareness about PM Modi’s schemes in this remote area. Acknowledging the rarity of political attention in such regions, he commended the residents for their knowledge and active participation.
The role of a Viksit Bharat Ambassador involves a 100-day challenge, focusing on executing straightforward yet profoundly impactful tasks within the Viksit Bharat Ambassador module, emphasizing a dedicated commitment to developmental initiatives.
“It’s heartening to see that every individual here is well-versed with the schemes launched by PM Modi,” Manzoor remarked during the campaign. He highlighted the prevalence of golden cards among the attendees, signifying their access to various government welfare programs.
The BJP leader lauded the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the Viksit Bharat Ambassadors campaign in Anantnag, expressing admiration for the widespread awareness of Modi’s schemes in the region. He commended PM Modi’s tireless efforts in launching impactful initiatives that resonate with the diverse needs of the people.
