Srinagar Feb 01: Chairman DPAP Ghulam Nabi Azad visited the Srinagar office. Azad urgently appealed to Governor Manoj Sinha for essential provisions like electricity and ration, emphasizing the need for additional relief to mitigate the impact of snow on vulnerable communities.
He said, “I’m delighted that snow has arrived; people were eagerly anticipating it. However, the government must ensure proper arrangements to navigate its effects. Azad met with various deputations, attentively listening to their concerns and grievances.
He provided assurance that he would raise these issues and ensure they are addressed. Simultaneously, numerous activists from various parties joined DPAP, pledging to bolster the party and advocate for public concerns. Their commitment adds strength to the party’s mission.
Among others who were present on the occasion were Mohd Amin Bhatt Provincial president, Peer Bilal Zonal president, Amir Bhatt Distt President, Shafiq Shabnam Provincial GS, Umar Kakroo Former Chairman MC Baramulla and others.
