Srinagar, August 29: Communist Party of India (Marxist) leader Mohamad Yousuf Tarigami has expressed his grief over the demise of AG Noorani.
“AG Noorani was a distinguished figure renowned for his political commentary, particularly on Kashmir and his widely-read books on Kashmir politics. The great scholar, champion of human dignity, lawyer, and political commentator has left behind a legacy that will continue to inspire future generations,” Tarigami said in a statement issued here.
“His passing away has created a void that will be difficult to fill in the near future,” the CPI(M) leader said.
