Srinagar, Aug 15: Government Press Srinagar on Thursday celebrated the 78th Independence Day of India with great fervour at Sempora.
A large gathering of employees participated in the flag-hoisting ceremony, demonstrating their patriotic spirit with full zeal and zest.
Aijaz Ahmad Akhoon, General Manager of Government Press Srinagar, hoisted the national flag, which was followed by the singing of the national anthem. In a show of unity and national pride, all participants also held the tricolour in their hands, further contributing to the spirit of the nation.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from over one hundred individuals, creating a vibrant and spirited atmosphere. The celebration concluded on a sweet note, with sweets being distributed among all attendees.
