J&K LG Manoj Sinha on Friday paid tribute to the heroes of the Kargil War on the occasion of the 25th Kargil Vijay Diwas.
In a post on X, Sinha said ‘On the 25th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas, I pay my humble tributes to brave armed forces personnel, who made the supreme sacrifice in the service of the motherland during India’s victory in ‘Operation Vijay’.”
Kargil Vijay Diwas, observed annually on July 26, commemorates the success of Operation Vijay in 1999.
