Baramulla, June 10: Mahveer Wani, from the Sopore area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district, who emerged as the top-performing student in the Arts stream for the 12th class, credits her achievement to “unwavering consistency”.
Mahveer, daughter of Javeed Akhbar Wani, highlighted the importance of persistent efforts in “reaching milestones”.
According to Wani, while hard work, perseverance and determination are crucial elements for success, it is the “sustained consistency” in one’s efforts that makes all the difference. She expressed gratitude for the constant support and guidance from her family, friends and teachers, acknowledging their role in shaping her into the person she is today.
“Success should not be viewed as a mere endpoint or goal but rather an ongoing journey,” Mahveer told Rising Kashmir. She stressed the significance of consistent efforts, determination, and a robust support system.
The topper hopes that her accomplishments will inspire others to pursue their dreams and realise their aspirations.
During her preparations, Wani meticulously followed a study schedule, ensuring that she adhered to it diligently. “I prioritised my studies and completed the syllabus within the allotted time throughout the exam session,” she said.
Additionally, she emphasised the importance of taking breaks and engaging in hobbies to rejuvenate oneself. Wani advised against comparing oneself with others and instead focusing on personal growth and development.
“One should continuously learn and expand knowledge, set goals and strive relentlessly to achieve them,” Mahveer said.
