Srinagar April 16 : Former Union Minister and Veteran Congress leader Prof. Saifuddin Soz on Sunday greeted the people on the auspicious eve of Shab-e-Qadr.
According to a statement issued here Prof Soz in his message said that this holy night provides us an opportunity to pray for Almighty’s blessings and strive for being compassionate, pious and dutiful. “It is the unique and holy night when Almighty Allah chose to reveal the holy Qur’an to Prophet Muhammad (SAW) for the guidance of mankind,” he said.
Prof. Soz on this occasion prayed for peace and tranquility of the region particularly for the people of J&K union territory.
