Ravinder Raina visits South kashmir samboora village in pulwama

Pays condolences to family of slain sub inspector, Farooq Ahmad Mir.

BJP president for Jammu and kashmir Ravinder Raina on Monday visited Samboora village in South Kashmir's Pulwama district to pay condolences to family of slain sub inspector, Farooq Ahmad Mir.

He expressed solidarity with the bereaved family members.

He remembered Farooq as a brave officer of Jammu and Kashmir Police.

He condemned his killing as an act cowardice.

" He was an honest person and brave heart officer," he said, adding that he used to serve poor, destitute and needy people.

" He was an innocent person and killing him unarmed is condemnable," he said.

Emotional scenes were witnessing during his visit to the slain sub inspector's house.

The father and other family members of the slain police officer broke into tears and wept inconsolably.

Rana was accompanied other BJP leaders to Samboora.
