Shameema Firdous tours Habba Kadal constituency

Srinagar, Jan 07: President of National Conference Women’s Wing and MLA, Habba Kadal, Adv Shameem Firdous on Tuesday visited the Habba Kadal Constituency and interacted with locals. During her visit, she took immediate action to resolve various issues raised by the community.
Following this, Adv Shameem Firdous paid her obeisance at the Khanqah-e-Moula. There, she met with the caretakers and shrine management who emphasized the need for improved fire safety measures at the shrine, a statement issued here said.
She stressed the importance of ensuring the safety of this historic and sacred site, suggesting alternative fire arrangements instead of electronic air conditioning.
MLA Firdous assured the caretakers and spiritual leaders that their concerns would be promptly addressed, reaffirming her commitment to the safety and preservation of the shrine, the statement added.
