Jammu and Kashmir Police along with security forces have recovered ammunition, grenade and other incriminating materials during cordon and search operation in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Wednesday.
A Police spokesperson said, “Based on specific inputs, a search operation was launched by Bandipora police, Army 13 RR and CRPF 3rd BN in SK Bala Ajas Sumbal in the residential of house one person namey Ishfaq Majeed Dar son of Abdul Majeed Dar resident of SK Bala Ajas Sumbal. During CASO, 01 hand grenade (rusted) ,05 AK 47 rounds and 05 posters of proscribed terrorist outfit LeT were recovered from the back side of the said residential house.”
He said that further investigation in this case is going on.
