Kupwara, July 19: District Administration Kupwara in collaboration with Lead District Bank Saturday organised a function at Lead Bank Office Kupwara to distribute sanction letters among the prospective beneficiaries under Mission YUVA Scheme.As per a statement issued here, Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kupwara, Mufti Fareed ud Din was chief guest on the occasion. Lead District Manager (LDM), Tariq Ahmad Jan, Cluster Head, Abdul Majid Bhat, besides Branch Heads and a large number of beneficiaries attended the function. Speaking on the occasion, ADDC emphasised the importance of schemes like Mission YUVA in promoting self-employment and entrepreneurship among the youth of the district. He encouraged the beneficiaries to make the best use of the opportunities provided under the scheme and contribute to the economic growth of the district. He urged them to use the loan amount exclusively on the targeted business, without wasting a single penny on any unproductive activities.ADDC assured complete support to the beneficiaries from the district administration and the J&K Bank for addressing their issues in availing the financial assistance under Mission YUVA scheme. He appealed to the aspirants to take maximum benefit of the scheme by earning their livelihood with dignity.
