Sajad tours Kupwara areas, interacts with workers, public

Kupwara, Dec 04: Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Conference President Sajad Gani Lone undertook a social visit to various areas within the Kupwara district, extending heartfelt condolences and engaging with local communities.
His visit covered areas including Drugmulla, Bamree, Mukam, Shumnag, Gulgam, Trehgam, Zirhama, and Handwara, the party said in a statement, adding that Lone was accompanied by former MLA Adv Bashir Ahmed Dar, DDC Chairman Kupwara Irfan Panditpori, DDC Vice Chairman Haji Farooq Ahmed, Constituency Head Kupwara Rustam Ali Khan, Abdul Ahad Kashmiri, Trehgam constituency convenor Mohd Aslam, District Youth President Mansoor Banday, Youth Vice President Rahil Dar, and others.
During his visit, Sajad met several bereaved families, offering unwavering sympathies and genuine support during their trying times. He offered prayers for peace to the departed souls and strength to the bereaved families, assuring them of the collective support available from the entire PC family.
The PC chief also engaged in extensive discussions and close interactions with workers and the general public, the statement said, adding that these interactions aimed to foster a deeper understanding of local concerns, aspirations, and the challenges faced by people in these areas.
“Emphasising the crucial importance of unity during challenging times, Lone reiterated the steadfast commitment of the Peoples Conference towards selflessly serving the residents of Kupwara district,” the party said.
