Jammu, Sep 28: Students of Delhi Public School, Jammu brought laurels to the school and their parents by winning gold medals in 11th J&K U.T Rifle Shooting Championship organized by Jammu & Kashmir Rifle Association from 20-25 September, 2022 held at Gulshan Ground, Jammu.
According to the details provided by the school authorities the winners include RaveenaJangid (X-F) – Gold medal and 1st position in 10 mtr. Air Rifle Youth Women category; Tanishq Singh (XII-G) – Bronze medal and 3rd position in 10 mtr, Air Pistol Youth Man category.
Further, Romijeet Singh, School Shooting Coach also won Gold medal and 1st position in 10 mtr Air Pistol in senior category.
Principal-DPS Jammu, RuchiChabra congratulated both the winners and their coach, Romijeet Singh for their achievement.
President-RCT, M.K Ajatshatru Singh, PVC, Dr.KuwaraniRitu Singh and Director, S.S Sodhi congratulated the winners, their parents and extended their best wishes.
