Srinagar, Nov 08 : Jammu and Kashmir Assembly Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather on Friday said that the rule of house is for everyone including NC-Congress legislators. BJP has taken a walkout from the house and were not compelled.
During the 5th day proceedings at assembly, Rather said that if any member is not interested, how can we force his or her to stay in this assembly, he said.
