Weather Update for April 7-8 : MeT Predicts Rain, Snow in J&K's Higher Reaches

Srinagar, April 7: The Meteorological Centre Srinagar has issued a weather advisory, Predicting of erratic weather in Jammu and Kashmir till April 10.
Generally cloudy skies with intermittent light to moderate rain and snow are expected at most places on April 7-8, accompanied by thunder, hail, and gusty winds.
Moderate to heavy rain is likely in some areas. From April 11-16, the region is expected to experience a generally dry spell with brief spells of light rain at few places. Farmers and travellers are advised to plan accordingly.
