National Sports Day-2024 celebrated with enthusiasm across Ganderbal

Ganderbal, Aug 29: The Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) Ganderbal on Thursday celebrated National Sports Day 2024 in honor of the legendary Hockey player, Major Dhyan Chand.
The day was marked by various sports activities organized across the district, reflecting the significance of National Sports Day in promoting sports culture and commemorating the contributions of Major Dhyan Chand to Indian sports.
Later, during the presentation ceremony both the winners and runners-up were felicitated with trophies.
