Jammu/Kupwara: Mata Bhaderkali Asthapan Trust (MBAT) marked the auspicious occasion of Mahanavami with fervor and devotion at two significant locations – the centuries-old ancient temple of Goddess Bhaderkali on the hillock at Wadipora Handwara in North Kashmir and their establishment in Jammu.
The celebrations were attended by a large number of devotees from various parts of the valley and the country who gathered to pay obeisance at the lotus feet of Mata Kali and seek her blessings.
In North Kashmir, the Maha Navami celebrations at the ancient temple of Goddess Bhaderkali were a resounding success, drawing devotees from near and far.
The Management Team of MBAT, led by Dillep Pandita, the President of the Trust, expresses heartfelt gratitude to the entire administration of Kupwara for their relentless efforts in ensuring all necessary arrangements for the event.
They also extend their appreciation to the security agencies for their unwavering support in conducting the Maha Navami celebrations with utmost religious fervor. In a simultaneous celebration in Jammu,
MBAT is making history with the construction of a replica of the original Handwara temple along with a socio-cultural center.
