LG Sinha lauds ShriAmarnathYatra operations

Srinagar, July 1: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha chaired a comprehensive review meeting at Raj Bhawan to assess the operations of the Control Room established for the ShriAmarnathJiYatra.
The Lieutenant Governor, accompanied by Dr.Mandeep Kumar Bhandari, CEO of ShriAmarnathJi Shrine Board (SASB), Rahul Singh, Additional CEO of SASB, and other senior officers, discussed various aspects related to queue management, security personnel deployment, women constables’ involvement, langers’ operation, security forces at Lower Holy Cave, installation of railings, and heli services.
During the meeting, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha praised the exemplary work carried out by the team operating the ShriAmarnathJi Shrine Board’s Control Room. The Control Room, which operates round the clock, has been diligently coordinating with multiple stakeholders on the ground to ensure a hassle-free pilgrimage experience.
Emphasizing the commitment to improving facilities for the pilgrims, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha highlighted the efforts made to provide the best comfort and make the spiritual journey to ShriAmarnathJi Shrine a pleasurable experience for all devotees.
The review meeting at Raj Bhawan served as a platform for exchanging valuable insights and discussing the way forward to enhance the pilgrimage arrangements. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha expressed satisfaction with the progress made so far and urged all stakeholders to continue their dedicated efforts in facilitating a smooth and safe ShriAmarnathJiYatra.
