Kupwara district gets 9359 new PMAY-G cases for year 2023-24

Deputy Commisioner Kupwara, Dr. Doifode Sagar Dattatray has asked beneficairies of rural areas of Kupwara district to visit the special camps for registration and completion of verification process under PMAY (G) before 10th June 2023 with all codal formalities.

 Deputy Commissioner Kupwara while congratulating the residents of Kupwara district has said that Government of India and UT administration has allocated a target of 9359 PMAY cases for year 2023 – 24 under Non-SECC for Kupwara district and accordingly Rural Development & Panchayt Raj Department Kupwara has started one Week long special camps at Panchayat and block levels from June 4 to June 10, 2023 to complete the process.

 In wake of recent announcement of sanctioning of PMAY target , the Rural Development Department Kupwara has kick started the registration for around 9359 PMAY-G cases.

DC Kupwara has thanked GOI and UT administration for according cent percent PMAY-G cases for district Kupwara.

The Deputy Commisioner has asked the beneficiaries to visit block level and panchat level camps for registration before 10th of June with all codal formalities i.e Adhaar card, Ration card, revenue extract, Job card, self undertaking, bank copy etc.

The Deputy Commisioner said the financial assistance for the construction of houses will be credit to the beneficiaries’ bank accounts through DBT mode.

The DC said that apart from Rs 130000, the beneficiary will be provided 95 Wage days under MGNREGA, besides an amount of Rs 12000 as incentive for construction of IHHL unit on priority basis.
