Srinagar, Mar 23: The J&K Chapter of the Indian Buildings Congress (IBC) met today and unanimously elected Er. Aamir Ali, as Chairman of the J&K Chapter. The other office bearers elected are Er. Rabinder Shekher, Former Superintending Engineer, as Vice Chairman, Er. Irfan Shafi Parrey, as Honorary Secretary; Er. Ankur Nanda as Treasurer; Er. Rafiq Ahmed Rafiq, Former Chief Engineer, R&B Kashmir, as Member; Er. Ravinder Kumar, Former Chief Engineer, as Member; Er. Bhushan Lal Rawal, Former Superintending Engineer, as Member; Er. Tariq A Saraf, Executive Engineer, as Member; and Er. Abdul Aziz Lone as Member.
The new elected office bearers expressed their gratitude for the trust placed in them and assured their commitment to advancing the objectives of the Indian Buildings Congress in J&K. The meeting also outlined key priorities for the coming months, focusing on increasing the Chapter’s visibility and membership, as well as organizing various capacity building programs and initiatives aimed at promoting the goals of the Indian Buildings Congress.
