Jammu, Apr 02: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Jammu and Kashmir is all geared up to celebrate the party’s foundation day on April 06, 2025, in a big way.
In this regard, the entire cadre and senior leaders of the party have been assigned duties across the Union Territory (UT) to ensure the celebrations are a grand success, the J&K BJP President Sat Sharma said.
He said the party has set a target of hoisting the party’s flag at one lakh different places and prominent locations across the Union Territory (UT) of J&K.
Sharma said all senior party leaders, MPs and MLAs have been assigned duties to visit their respective areas/constituencies and ensure that the foundation day celebrations of the BJP become a grand success.
Meanwhile, sources said the BJP has also directed its office bearers, including Ward, Mandal and District presidents, to plan and oversee the preparations for hoisting the party’s flag at one lakh locations across J&K.
As per the party’s preparations, the BJP flag will be hoisted at prominent locations, crossings, rooftops and various other prime spots that witness a heavy influx of people.
The party will also organise awareness programmes to inform people about the Modi government’s welfare schemes.
