Shopian, Aug 13: Cabinet Minister Javed Ranaa on Wednesday engaged with party workers in Shopian alongside MLA Showkat Ganaie and former MLA Sheikh Rafi, to address pressing public concerns, particularly water supply, irrigation challenges, and Forest Rights. According to a statement issued here, Rana assured timely redressal and reaffirmed the Government’s commitment to inclusive, people-centric development under Chief Minister, OmarAbdullah’s leadership. Emphasising that governance thrives on trust, Rana urged workers to act as a vital link between citizens and administration. He highlighted the importance of strong grassroots connectivity, especially within UT’s distinctive administrative framework, to ensure responsive and accountable governance.
