Ingredients needed
• Chicken 1.5 kg
• Dahi (Curd) 1 kg
• 2 tablespoon chopped garlic
• 1 teaspoon dry ginger powder (Shounth)
• 1 teaspoon Funnel Powder (Badeyana)
• 3 black Cardamom (Bede Ael or Badi Ilachi)
• 4 green Cardamom (Sabz Ael or chotiilachi)
• 2 Cinnamon Sticks (Dalchini)
• 3 tablespoon fried onion paste (piyaz)
• 1 teaspoon Ghee
• 2 Glass water
• Dry mint (1 tablespoon)
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
Method:
• In a pan heat enough oil and fry the chicken pieces
very well.
• Take these fried chicken pieces out and keep them
aside.
• Now in a cooking pot, boil curd on high flame and
keep stirring continuously.
• Add two tablespoons of oil, fried chicken pieces,
garlic paste, ginger powder, fennel powder, fried onion
paste and all whole spices as mentioned above in the
ingredient section.
• Now add 1 glass of water and keep cooking on high
flame.
• Once it starts boiling, add 2 tablespoon ghee and
dry mint.
• Now put the flame off and give it rest for 5 minutes.
