The Govt. (PG) College Bhaderwah Organized Valedictory Function for the series of Intracollege Programs held on the eve of “UT Foundation Day” and “National Unity Day”. The event was chaired by the Principal of the Campus Prof. (Dr.) K.K. Sharma, Prof. N.K. Manhas was the guest of honour. The event was attended by Teaching Faculty Members including Prof. Pinki Kotwal, Prof. S.S. Parihar, Prof. Arjun Kotwal, Prof. Vijay Kumar, Prof. (Dr.) Sameer Choudhary, Prof (Dr.) Sanjay Rakwal and others, and non-teaching faculty, and by the students.

The event organized and presided by Prof. Mohd Yaseen Sirwal, Head of Department of PG Chemistry and the ceremony commenced with an opening address by the college principal, who reflected on the achievements of the students and encouraged them to continue their pursuit of knowledge and personal growth ahead and shared valuable insights inspiring the students to embrace the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

One of the highlights of the evening was the distribution of awards to participants of different events. The recipients beamed with pride as they received their accolades amidst applause from the audience. Preetika won the First Prize in the Open Painting Competition, followed by Himani who won the Second Prize, and then Sahil who won the 3rd Prize. Mehnoor won the first prize in the Essay writing competition, followed by Atul Singh who won the second prize. In the Photography Competition, which was also held on the UT Foundation day, Umar Rashid secured the first position.

In Poster Making Competition and debate competition which were commenced on National Unity Day Samridhi Rana won the 1st Prize followed by Prakarti dutt on 2nd position and Sheetal Jogi on 3rd Position, and Jaseeb Ahmed at 1st position and Amin Manzoor at 2nd Position. The event was then culminated with the word of thanks by the convener of the event Prof. Sirwal
