Jammu, Jan 27: The ‘Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0’ district outreach and an awareness program were organized in the districts of EPFO, Jammu, (R S Pura), Samba, Kathua, Srinagar and Ganderbal for the stakeholders of the UT of Jammu-Kashmir, and in the districts of Leh for the stakeholders of the UT of Ladakh, on Friday.
“EPFO Jammu, Srinagar and Ladakh took this opportunity to provide handholding support to the stakeholders at the respective venues besides hearing them (their suggestions, inputs, and grievances). Issues and problems faced by the organizations in implementing the EPF & MP Act. 1952 were heard and necessary actions were taken accordingly,” the EPFO said in a statement, adding that UAN activation, bank & aadhaar seeding, filing of online claims, filing of e-nominations, e-sign, filing ECR were explained with the hands-on demonstration in the program.
Regional P F Commissioner-I, J& K and Ladakh had a word with Ramesh Kumar, Divisional Commissioner, Jammu and necessary official communications were made all concerned authorities, who facilitated the programs in the respective districts.
‘Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 District Outreach Program’ was addressed by Sanjeev Kumar EO/AO, Bipin Kumar EO/AO, Pramod Kumar Singh EO/AO, Ankur Janghu EO/AO, Suhail Khan, EO/AO and Kanchana Khatarkar, SSSA under the supervision of Regional P. F. Suhail Khan, District Nodal Officer called on the DC, Ganderbal who also welcomed the initiative. Commissioner-I, Rizwan Uddin, the statement said.
DC Samba Anuradha Gupta was present in the inaugural session of the ‘Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0’ and thanked the CPFC for such a novel initiative. Devia Nanda, BDO RS Pura, Prem Singh, DIC Kathua, P L Thapa, CEO Kathua, DEO Kathua, and representatives of the establishments also participated in the program.
Death Claim in r/o late Ranjeet Bharti was received at Samba, wherein the widow Reeta Devi was assured that the claim would be processed expeditiously. Shivali Sharma from M/s Sun Pharma requested for reset of the login id password, and her password has been generated immediately. “26 persons at BDO, RS Pura, 112 persons at DC Office Kathua, 35 persons at DC Office Samba, 46 at DC Office Ganderbal, 38 persons at Srinagar, and 12 persons at Leh attended NAN 2.0,” it said.
Farooq Ahmad Pandow of M/s Kashmir Golf Club appeared with a request to make minor changes in his name and the same was updated. Further, Mukhtiyar Ahmad Ganai, representative of Khyber Industries Limited, enquired about the documents required to make changes in the date of birth.
A representative of the establishment M/s Sai International School appeared before PF Commissioner in the office to update the Joint Declarations of his employees and the same were updated. Manjeet resident of Kathua visited to make corrections in the DOB of his cousin namely Gulab Chand and the correction was done within 5 minutes. The Digital Life Certificate of Sarfo Devi having PPO No: LDASR00026873 was also updated.
In Leh, Rigzan representatives of M/s Indus Valley and Ali Asgar from M/s Yountan Society Education Department appeared to enquire about the process of UAN activation, ECR filing, etc. “Efforts are made during the ‘Nidhi Aapke Nikat’ program to redress cases/grievances the same day,” the EPFO said.
