Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has expressed deep sorrow and shock over the killing of three civilians in Billawar area of Kathua district.
In a post on X, CM Omar wrote, “Deeply shocked and saddened by the barbaric murder of three innocent civilians, including a minor boy, in Kathua. Such heinous acts have no place in our society and must be met with the strongest condemnation. My heartfelt condolences to the grieving families.”
Earlier, three bodies, including that of a teenager and his two relatives, were recovered on Saturday after 3 days from a waterfall in Kathua district. All the three persons had gone missing on 6th of this month when they were returning after attending a marriage function, officials said.
