One of the two youth injured after their bike skidded off the road in Chadoora tehsil of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district yesterday have succumbed to his injuries on Thursday late evening.
An official from the Police Station Chadoora told The Rising Kashmir that two boys were injured after their bike skidded off from the road near Borwah village on Wednesday.
“After the incident, both injured youths were shifted to a nearby hospital,” the official said.
He said that one person namely Imran Farooq Lone, son Farooq Ahmad Lone, a resident of Yarikalan, received head injured and he had been shifted to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for further treatment.
” The doctors at the SMHS Hospital Srinagar have performed his head surgery. From SMHS hospital, he was also shifted to Super Speciality Hospital Shireen bagh at ICU Ward, where he succumbed to his injuries on Thursday late evening.
The official said the other person Momin Altaf Sheikh, son of Muhammad Altaf Sheikh, who received injury in his leg is stable. He is presently admitted in the Bones and Joint Hospital Barazulla Srinagar.
