Democratic Progressive Azad party (DPAP) candidate Amir Ahmad Bhat on Thursday filed his nomination papers for Srinagar/Budgam Lok sabha constituency.
Amir Ahmad Bhat filed the nomination papers before Srinagar Deputy Commissioner Bilal Mohi-ud-Din Bhat, who is the returning officer of the constituency.
He was accompanied by hundreds of his party workers and supporters.After filing his nomination papers, Amir went to Charar e sharief to pay his obeisance at the shrine of Alamdar e Kashmir.
