One of the most difficult tasks is to make children eat fruits and vegetables. Try these tricks
- Mash vegetables into gravies.
- Add vegetables to chapatis and parathas and use a cookie cutter for different shapes.
- Serve vegetables as snacks with dips like homemade mayo and ketchup.
- Make smoothies with fresh fruits. Fresh fruit juices can also be used, not processed other than this.
- Take them shopping and let them choose their favourites
- Educate and teach them about the benefits of vegetables and fruits, like better skin, hair.
- Eat loads of vegetables and fruits yourself, practise what you preach.
