Doda, Jan 13: The district administration Doda on Friday started a first-of-its-kind open online platform to listen to the public grievances, issues and aspirations under the ADBHUT Doda initiative with the title ‘DC Online’.
Deputy Commissioner Vishesh Paul Mahajan listened to the grievances of the people from 5 pm to 6 pm. The program is part of the ADBHUT Doda initiative which aims at providing quality services to the public in a prompt and transparent manner. The initiative also aims at making the administration accessible to the last man in the last row.
Scores of grievances were received from across the district and Deputy Commissioner Doda directed concerned officers to redress the issues raised in a time-bound manner. The participants appreciated the initiative of the district administration. A large number of participants appeared on the screen marking the grand success of the initiative.
The ‘DC Online’ program will be held regularly on every Tuesday and Friday from 5 pm to 6 pm. The participants can log in between 5 pm to 5:15 pm for projecting their genuine grievances.
