A head-on collision between two vehicles in Sheeri area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Sunday resulted in the death of one man and left another person injured.
According to police official, the accident occurred in Sheeri and immediately resulted in injuries to two persons.
“Both were rushed to a nearby health facility, but Bashir Ahmed Ahanger of Jalal Sahib Baramulla was declared dead on arrival,” the official said.
Police have identified the deceased as Bashir Ahmed Ahanger and taken cognizance of the incident.
