Srinagar, Apr 20: Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday reported 87 fresh Covid-19 cases taking the number of active positive cases to 574 while 2,199 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours.
As per the media bulletin issued by the Jammu and Kashmir government, of the 87 fresh Covid-19 cases, 35 are from Kashmir division and 52 are from Jammu division.
It said that the total number of active cases in Jammu and Kashmir have increased to 574 including 301 from Kashmir division and 273 from Jammu division.
Of the fresh 87 cases reported today, 11 are from Anantnag, seven each from Pulwama, Ganderbal, four from Srinagar, two each from Baramulla, Shopian and one each from Budgam and Kulgam.
Similarly, in Jammu division, the fresh cases reported today include 30 from Jammu, five from Kishtwar, four from Udhampur, three each from Rajouri, Kathua, two each from Samba, Ramban and one each from Doda, Poonch and Reasi.
As per the media bulletin, 152 Covid-19 patients have recovered today including 99 from Kashmir division and 53 from Jammu division.
