Ganderbal, Aug 15: In a commendable acknowledgment of his exceptional efforts towards enhancing farmer outreach and the development of farmer-friendly technologies, Dr. Parvaiz Ahmed Reshi, Assistant Professor of Animal Nutrition at the Faculty of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry (FVSc & AH), SKUAST-K, was bestowed with an Appreciation Letter and a momento on the eve of Independence Day by the District Administration of Ganderbal.
Under the guidance of the Division of Animal Nutrition at SKUAST-K, Dr. Reshi spearheaded the creation of the ‘Region Specific Mineral Mixture,’ branded as ‘Kashmin.’ This novel formulation has yielded tangible improvements in animal health, production, and reproduction.
