Director Ayush J&K UT, Dr Mohan Singh reviewed the functioning of the Department in district Udhampur here at a meeting held in the Conference Hall, DC Office Complex, the other day.
While reviewing functioning of Ayush Health and Wellness Centers/Dispensaries and Ayush Units, he directed that every operational AHWC must ensure Daily data entry and Monthly Data entry on AB-HWC portal of Ministry of Ayush, Govt of India.
He also reviewed the progress of ongoing infrastructure development projects of Ayush Health and Wellness centers. He emphasized upon implementation of the Ayush Public Health Programs so that benefits of Ayush system of health promotion, prevention and management of diseases can reach the general public.
He also highlighted that every AHWC must ensure standards of Health Care delivery as per NABH standards.
He appreciated the overall performance of District Udhampur under the guidance of District Ayush Officer, Dr. Surekha Pandita and urged AYUSH Medical staff to achieve excellence in Ayush based public health delivery.
He also congratulated two centers Dhalpad and Jib for NABH certification after rigorous assessment by NABH.
During the meeting, Medical Officers Ayush were sensitized about AB-HWC, DBT, HPR, JK Attendance Portals and AHWC guidelines by State Program Manager National Ayush Mission ,J&K Imran Khan, State Accounts Manager NAM , Aaqib.
Dr Arun Gupta, Medical Officer, Govt. Ayurvedic Hospital gave a brief introduction to the National Programs under Ayush quantum of services.
Assistant Director Ayush Jammu Dr. Rakesh Kumar Raina, Dr Waheed -Ul-Hassan T.O to Director Ayush, also attended the meeting.
