Budgam, Jun 16: Dr Bilal Mohi-ud-Din Bhat assumed the position of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Budgam on Monday during a formal handover ceremony held here. He has taken over the responsibilities from his predecessor, Akshay Labroo.
Dr Bhat assumed his duties in the presence of numerous senior officials from the district administration. Among those present were the Additional District Development Commissioner Budgam, Aashiq Hussain; ADC Budgam; ACR Budgam; all SDMs; Chief Planning Officer Budgam; DIO Budgam; Tehsildars; and other senior district officials.
The Deputy Commissioner was warmly welcomed by the attending officers. In his address, the DC expressed appreciation to all officials present and assured his commitment to serving the district with dedication.
