Delhi sees new sunrise: Tarun Chugh, hails PM Modi

Srinagar, Feb 08: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national general secretary Tarun Chugh on Saturday hailed Prime Minister Narendra Modi for historic victory in Delhi, saying this marks a new era of growth and development, and promises a shift away from “deceptive political rhetoric”.
Delhi is now set to witness a new sunrise, ushering in an era of ‘Sabka Saath, Sab Ka Vikaas’ (together with all, development for all), he said.
Chugh said, “The last two decades have seen Delhi fall victim to deceptive political rhetoric, with the destruction wrought by the AAP under Arvind Kejriwal serving as an example of greed and misgovernance. The BJP, under Modi’s leadership, has delivered a mortal blow to the AAP.”
The BJP leader said the nation is looking up to PM Modi to transform India into a “Viksit Bharat” (developed India), and eventually, a “Vishva Guru” (global guru). “Under Modi’s leadership, India will soon emerge as a global leader,” he added.
