Dr. Andrabi urged devotees to participate in the celebrations with devotion and discipline. “Mehraj-un-Nabi is a sacred occasion that highlights the spiritual journey of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) to the skies. We aim to ensure that devotees can observe this day peacefully and with dignity,” she said.

The administration has also ensured traffic management and security measures to facilitate smooth movement for devotees. Dr. Andrabi said similar arrangements have been put in place all shrines that house the holy relic of Prophet Muhammad (SAW). She said that tent and heating facilities have been made available at Hazratbal in view of cold conditions.
