Jammu, Dec 13: A pipping ceremony was held at the Traffic Police Headquarters Jammu Friday, where newly promoted Deputy Superintendents of Police Sohail Ahmad and O.P Chib were pinned with new rank.
A statement said that the event was officiated by M.Suleman Choudhary-IPS IGP Traffic J&K Dr. Mohd Haseeb Mughul DIG Traffic Range Jammu, Feisal Quareshi, SSP Traffic City Jammu, Arvinder Singh Kotwal, Addl.SP Traffic City Jammu, Ravinder Singh, Dy.SP Traffic (Hqrs), Radhay Sham Koul, Accounts Officer, THQ J&K Sunil Sawhney ,DySP, Pvt. Secretary to IGP Traffic J&K and Rakesh Pandita, PA to IGP Traffic J&K were also present during the function.
“The IGP Traffic J&K congratulated the officers and their families. He emphasized the increased
responsibilities accompanying the promotion and encouraged the newly promoted officers to continue serving with dedication and enthusiasm,” the statement said.
