Baramulla, Dec 11: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) conducted a membership review meeting for north Kashmir at Dak Bungalow, Baramulla, as part of its ongoing primary membership drive in the region.
The meeting was chaired by Rekha Verma, Former Member of Parliament and BJP National Vice President, alongside Munish Khajuria, BJP Incharge for the Primary Membership Drive in Jammu and Kashmir. Senior BJP leaders, including Membership Drive Incharge for Kashmir, Prabharis, State Secretary, Media Incharge Kashmir, and District Presidents from Baramulla, Bandipora, and Kupwara, were in attendance.
Rekha Verma lauded the BJP Kashmir unit for achieving a significant milestone of crossing 1 lakh memberships in the region. She commended the tireless efforts of party workers and their dedication to strengthening the BJP’s presence in Kashmir.
The meeting featured active participation from the district units of Baramulla, Bandipora, and Kupwara, along with representatives from the BJP Mahila Morcha. Party workers shared updates on the ongoing membership drive and discussed strategies to further boost the campaign.
Speaking on the occasion, Munish Khajuria highlighted the importance of grassroots involvement in the party’s membership initiatives, saying, “Our goal is to connect with every individual in the region and make them a part of BJP’s vision for development and prosperity.”
