The inauguration also featured mesmerizing classical and cultural performances by the talented students of SMVDU, setting the stage for a day filled with creativity and expression. The second half of the event witnessed a spirited showcase of talent through various inter-school competitions.
Inklet, a creative writing contest, challenged participants to pen down compelling narratives, while the Battle of Voices showcased powerful singing talents. A captivating dance competition explored themes of human emotions, leaving the audience spellbound.
The cultural evening was elevated by electrifying celebrity performances. Nishu Pandita and Group enthralled the audience with the Kashmiri folk dance ‘Roshuk,’ while Ram Dutta and Group delivered a soul-stirring rendition of the traditional art form ‘Gitro.’ Both these performances were sponsored by JKAACL. The grand finale featured an energetic performance by the renowned Sajan Musical Group, sponsored by ICCR leaving the crowd cheering for more.
