AG Office Srinagar commences Audit Week Celebrations with Audit Run

Srinagar, Nov 17: The Accountant General’s Office Srinagar commenced its Week-long Audit celebrations on Sunday with an Audit Run and a cleanliness drive. The run, starting from Nehru Park to SKICC, was flagged off by Ravinder Singh, Sr. Deputy Accountant General in presence of Pawan Kumar Rathee, Deputy Accountant General.
Post audit run, participants actively engaged in a Dal Lake cleaning initiative, demonstrating commitment to environmental awareness and sanitation.
The event witnessed a participation of environmentalist Manzoor Wangnoo and Bashir Ahmad Malik, President of District Football Association.
These activities coincide with the commemoration of CAG India’s foundation day, promising a week-long diverse engagement. The upcoming week will host events like blood donation drive, Rangoli competition, audit workshop, sports events, pensioners seminar, painting competition among others. The celebrations will culminate with a cultural event on November 21.
